Lupus Foundation of America - Illinois Chapter

In 1994, Dame Libby was diagnosed with lupus – a chronic autoimmune disease for which there is no cure, no single diagnostic test and no new drug developed in over 50 years. Still teaching seventeen years after her diagnosis, Dame Libby is expanding her classroom to educate the general public about lupus.
