Virtual Flamenco Classes June 11 – 17: Carmela Greco, daughter of legendary Spanish dancer, José Greco; Omayra Amaya, grandniece of legendary Flamenco dancer, Carmen Amaya; and Vida Peral, former EE soloist and Flamenco master from Amsterdam.

Spanish culture fans can take a free Sevillanas class, enjoy shopping for Spanish fans, castanets, face picture painting and more or purchase tapas and sangria to enjoy.

Learn Sevillanas with our Youth Company: The Youth Company will perform to live music by guest artists Patricia Ortega (singer) and David Chiriboga (guitar) followed by a class on Sevillanas, the folk dance of Sevilla and its region.
7:30 – 9:00 pm · Flamenco live performances
Dancers from the EE with guest artists and musicians perform a suite of Flamenco dances featuring company world premieres “Martinete” and “Jaleos “ by Nino de los Reyes and Tangos by Wendy Clinard; Company favorites Dame Libby Komaiko’s “Zapateado “ and Irma Suárez Ruiz’s “No Me Olvides” (Do Not Forget Me) Flamenco Romeras.
