About Peter Baime

Peter Baime Flamenco Guitarist of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a true flamenco artist. He has presented live concerts and other performances throughout the world and has more than 50 years of performance experience. He studied flamenco guitar in Madrid and Moron De La Frontera, Spain, with the legendary gypsy guitarists Diego Gastor and Paco Gastor. Peter began my performance career in Chicago in 1965. Since then, has performed extensively throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. In addition, he has performed concerts in Spain, Canada, Italy, and Mexico.

An award-winning artist, he toured as an accompanist with some of the leading flamenco dancers and singers in the United States and has performed in more than 2,500 public schools since 1965. As a contributor to public radio and television broadcasts, Peter has completed eight nationally broadcast documentary film scores for Public Television since 1995. Peter can also provide transcription services for people wishing to learn to play flamenco guitar for themselves.
